Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery date to initiate a return for eligible items. For international orders, the return window is 45 days to account for longer shipping times.

2. Eligible Items for Return

What you CAN return:

  • Unused merchandise in original condition with tags attached
  • Items in original packaging
  • Products that arrive damaged or defective
  • Wrong items shipped due to our error

What you CANNOT return:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Undergarments and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

3. Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Email namaste@rishi-talks.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Get Authorization: We'll provide return instructions and shipping label (if applicable)
  3. Pack Securely: Include original packaging, tags, and any accessories
  4. Ship Back: Use provided return label or ship to our return address

4. Return Shipping

Indian Customers:

  • Free returns for defective/wrong items
  • Customer pays return shipping for change of mind returns
  • Return address provided upon approval

International Customers:

  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Use trackable shipping method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Items inspected within 2-3 business days of receipt
  • Refund Timeline: 5-7 business days after approval to original payment method
  • Partial Refunds: May apply for items not in original condition
  • Original shipping charges are refunded only if we made an error

6. Exchanges

We currently offer refunds only, no direct exchanges. To get a different size/color:

  1. Return the original item for refund
  2. Place a new order for desired item
  3. This ensures faster processing and current pricing

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the defect/damage
  • We'll arrange free return shipping and full refund
  • Replacement sent immediately if item is in stock

8. Wrong Item Shipped

If we send the wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We'll arrange free return pickup
  • Correct item shipped at no extra cost
  • You keep any small promotional items sent by mistake

9. Refund Amounts

  • Full Refund: Original item price minus any applicable restocking fees
  • Shipping Refunds: Only when we made an error
  • International Orders: Refunded in original currency; bank conversion fees may apply
  • Promotional Orders: Refund amount may be adjusted if return affects minimum order requirements

10. Order Cancellations

Before Shipping:

  • Cancel anytime before dispatch for full refund
  • Processing within 24 hours for orders placed on business days

After Shipping:

  • Follow standard return process once item is delivered
  • Cannot intercept packages already in transit

11. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our merchandise quality. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, contact us within 15 days for a solution that may include:

  • Full refund
  • Store credit
  • Replacement item

12. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative:

  • Store credit never expires
  • Can be used for future purchases
  • Transferable to others with email notification

13. Special Circumstances

Bulk Orders (50+ items):

  • Contact us directly for return arrangements
  • Special terms may apply for wholesale purchases

Promotional Items/Gifts:

  • Free gifts must be returned with main purchase
  • Promotional bundles must be returned complete for full refund

14. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items returned after the return window
  • Products damaged by customer misuse
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Returns without prior authorization
  • Custom or personalized merchandise (unless defective)

16. Consumer Rights
